STARTER: Asian Sesame Ribs with dipping sauce and wonton chips
SALAD: Caprese Salad - fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes and roasted red peppers, with balsamic vinegar tossed with mixed greens
APPETIZER: Prawns, bacon wrapped with herb butter cheese (rosemary and thyme)
ENTREE: Chicken Saltimbocca, pan seared chicken topped with wild mushrooms, prosciutto and goat cheese, served with roasted garlic mashed and heirloom carrots
DESSERT: Granny Smith Apple Crisp with shaved nutmeg, crumbles, and cinnamon Hagen Daz ice cream with fresh mint
